Returns & Cancellations
To initiate a return please email us at email@example.com within 7 days of receipt confirmation of receiving your order. We accept returns on damaged goods or if the goods do not comply with what was agreed upon in the contracted order. We do not issue refunds on any used goods, unless faulty. All returning goods will be quality checked before a refund will be issued.
Any order can be cancelled prior to being shipped. Once shipped, if goods need to be returned, there will be shipping cost plus any additional restocking feed if deemed necessary, up to a maximum of 10% of the purchase price.
Please note that refunds may take up to 5 business days to process, and may take an additional amount of time for your financial institute to process and update your bank statement.
We do not offer direct exchanges on orders. Please initiate a return with your original order first to receive a refund, followed by placing a new order for your preferred item(s) at your earliest convenience.
