How old do I have to be to purchase from your site?
We only provide our goods and services to buyers of legal smoking age in their respective province.
If we discover that the buyer is not of legal smoking age to order our goods, we are entitled to cancel the order immediately, without notice.
How do I cancel or return my order?
To initiate a return please email us at info@vapewave.ca within 7 days of receipt confirmation of receiving your order. We accept returns on damaged goods or if the goods do not comply with what was agreed upon in the contracted order. We do not issue refunds on any used goods, unless faulty. All returning goods will be quality checked before a refund will be issued. Please note that refunds may take up to 5 business days to process, and may take an additional amount of time for your financial institute to process and update your bank statement.
We do not offer direct exchanges on orders. Please initiate a return with your original order first to receive a refund, followed by placing a new order for your preferred item(s) at your earliest convenience.
Any order can be cancelled prior to being shipped. Once shipped, if goods need to be returned, there will be shipping cost plus any additional restocking feed if deemed necessary, up to a maximum of 10% of the purchase price.
Is there a warranty on the products?
All kits, batteries, and atomizers come with a 28-day parts warranty from the date of receipt. Buyers must be cognizant that electronic cigarettes atomizer and batteries, may experience degradation or failure over a period of time. On average -- atomizers may last up to 14-60 days and batteries may last up to 2-3 months.
Are there taxes and duties included in my order?
Sales taxes will be applied to your purchase based on the location you are ordering from. All orders will be subject to provincial and federal taxes. As Vape Wave is a Toronto-based Canadian company, any orders shipping within Canada will not be subject to any duties upon delivery.
